Hello,
I can understand your concern very well and i will try my best to solve your problem.

I would like to probe you few questions like your age and weight, whether the pain is associated with any other symptoms or not, whether pain is aggravated by any factors or not, if you are taking any medications or not.

I would like to suggest you to undergo x-ray of lower spine and if required then go for MRI spine, because chances of lumber spodylosis is there and pain is due to nerve compression. You can also consult a orthopedic after that and act accordingly.

Hope this answers your question and let me know if you have any further queries or you can come up with me after having reports, so that i can guide you in right direction.
