What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Leg Despite Having Groin Strain?

I have a sharp pain in the core of my left leg during lateral movement of that leg. I have now realised that I am completely unable to perform a straight leg raise from a supine position. I strained my groin on that side a week ago. What do you think is the problem?

HI
Well come to HCM
Such symptoms are very likely because of poor posture because this could cause muscle spasm, in my opinion try to maintain good posture, and try "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" twice in day, have a nice day.
