General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
thus could be due to PID or kidney problem
in my opinion you should consult your gynaecologis the for examination and investigation like urine culture and an ultrasound abdomen as well as X ray LS spine

this may be related to lower back and spine
you may require a course of antibiotics if it comes PID or painkiller and muscle relaxant if it is a muscular pain

have plenty of fluids
maintain good posture and gait

Hope you will find my response relevant and helpful
wishing you good health
