What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen Post Violent Sneezing?

Hi there, recently I sneezed fairly violently, I immediately felt a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. It is near my belly button on the left side and feels muscle related, such as a pulled muscle. It s still sore, it s not excruciating pain, but certainly noticeable. I was sitting when it happened. It has been almost a hour a d the pain is still here, not progressing or regressing, I m currently icing the area.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having heavy spasm of abdominal recti muscles due to very hard sneeze.
Nothing to worry, apply some muscle relaxant, analgesic cream locally.
If require take some analgesic, muscle relaxant medicine.
Ok and take care.
