What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Back After Having A Stent In Kidney?

ever since I had a stint put in throught my kidney when I was pregnant 9 years a I keep getting pain in the lower part of my back this can happen at any time. it just happens out of the blue it feels like someone is stabbing a knife into my kidney. this has end up may time in hospitial with still no results or answers. some times there is a udi but other times there isn t my white blood cells are always a bit low they put me on pain killers then send me home. any help would be good in the last month the pain has come on 3 times resulting in 3 visits to the doctor an 4 visits to a&e cheers aleisha

Hello,

Why can't you get it done ultrasound abdomen and x-ray ls spine ap view. Possible causes are like lumbar spondylosis or radiculopathy or renal caliculi or back muscle spasm. Use tablet zerodol MR twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
