for the last two days, out of nowhere, I am experiencing a sharp stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. It seems to be concentrated mainly to the lower left, but occasionally, I feel it through the entire lower abdomen region. It comes and goes. Going to the bathroom seems to relieve it somewhat, but I can still feel a pressure even when not experiencing the stabbing pains

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like abdominal abscess , meckel’s diverticulum , hernias , ovarian cyst and pelvic inflammatory disease . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper check up . Doctor may order ultrasound , CT scan , kidney function test and endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , ornidazole , laxative and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem , who may order kidney function test along with urine test to confirm the diagnosis and treat it accordingly . .
