What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Right Abdomen With Elevated WBC Counts?

Female, 22, sharp pain in lower right abdomen with no fever or vomiting and has a high WBC. Shes currently on her period and is on birth control. Anything else it could be other than appendicitis? Which the doctors said it wasnt. But she still has the sharp pain and is looking pale.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your information, female 22 is getting pain in the right lower abdomen. There is no fever or vomiting but the WBC count is raised.

WBC count can be raised due to appendicitis, diverticulitis, urinary tract infection, Pelvic inflammatory disease and so on.
I would advise you the following for your daughter:
CT scan of the abdomen to get a pin-pointed cause to be detected.
She needs an appropriate treatment with an antibiotic
