What Causes Sharp Pain In My Elbow?

hello and good morning i have pain in my elbows that includes sharp burning pain and tingling in my hands so bad that shaking them doesnt even help anymore the pain and burning wakes me up out of a dead sleep to the point that it causes me to cry eeven typing right now hurts very badly my hands constantly tingle or feel asleep what should i do i average 4 hours of sleep a night i cant keep doing this
