What Causes Sharp Pain In Pelvic Area And Swelling In Groin After Lifting Weights?

I was lifting weight the other day and felt a sharp pain in my right pelvic area. As of now I have a divine core like my festival weight a ton and it goes into my upper inner hip and to my mid thigh. One of my testicles hang really low and the other stays tight to my right side. I have very little swelling in my groin to. Could this be a pulled groin, a hernia, or a stained abductor muscle?
