What Causes Sharp Pain In Pelvic Area With History Of Ovarian Cyst?

I was recently diagnosed with a thick uterine wall complex cyst on my left ovary a few weeks back and i havent really had pain since then. I am now having sharp pains in my pelvis and am really nauseous. When i push like im peeing the pain gets worse. Ive also been discharging this slimy like clear stuff that has a really bad odor. I cant get in to see an obgyn for another 2 weeks. I have a history with cysts but i dont know if this time i should be worried since the symptons seem worse. Could all this be from my cyst? Does it mean its ruptured?

Hello

Pain may be due to ovarian cyst and it may be due to many reasons like infection,enlargement in size etc.It doesn't necessarily mean that cyst is ruptured.
Your condition need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Treatment of ovarian cyst depend upon many things like age,size,complications etc.

You may need recent ultrasound of pelvis.Further investigations like CT can can be done after evaluation.
Tumour markers can also be done in patient with ovarian cyst.

Treatment depend upon findings.
