What Causes Sharp Pain In Penis During Intercourse And Masturbation?

I masturbate very reguraly every week and all of a sudden I am starting to get pains in the left side of my penis to taint area. Kinda like a shock, sharp, cramp like feeling but only occurs while erected or masturbation. I am kinda worried. Is this a problem I should be worried about?

I do not think it as a problem for which you should be worried. It may be due to minor splitting of underlying tissues which may occur during act of masturbation.
