What Causes Sharp Pain In Rib Cage With History Of Having Gall Bladder Removed?

I am having sharp pains in rib cage to upper abdomen. I feel weak. I feel as if I have a corset on. There are knots on rib cage and around upper abdomen. I no longer have desire to eat but to nibble every once in a while. I had blood test done a little over a month they were done at mayo clinic came back at normal ranges. Although for last year strange things have shown up on liver test. I am also losing cartridge in nose. I do have hypo active thyroid,osteoarthritis derioration of the spine. 8back surgeries,gallbladder removes,hysterectomy give foot serried on both feet due to hammer toe and malayoe. At age 15. I am now 47. On disability and raising three children
