What Causes Sharp Pain In Ribcage Radiating To Navel And Lower Back?

I have been having a sharp pain in my left ribcage that goes to my belly button and sometimes the pain will shoot to NY lower back. It woke me up at 5 this morning and hasn t gone away. It will get really bad sometimes where no position I sit in it doesn t go away then it makes me vomit. I ve had no problems going to the bathroom. Only vomiting is the side effect I ve had. Not sure if I should go to a hospital or if its just a simple pulled muscle. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern
Such symptoms could be due to Hyperacidity and this could be more aggravated with emotional stress
Try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time for three weeks
Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
