What Causes Sharp Pain In Ribs After Taking Non Fizzy Lucozade?

I had a non fixzy lucozade before bed last night i woke up with really painful sharp pain in the left side and all up the left side of my ribs, i fell back to sleep then eoke up they were still there i massaged that area it went i was then sitting down stairs playing on my phone then suddenly i took a breath which i thought was going to be a flemmy cough but then my heart started racing very quickly i got up and it gradually went back down its now 1 hour after it happend and my chest feels tight and i feel dizzy. I checked blood pressure an it was slightly risen, what could happen

I really appreciate your concern, this is the typical symptoms of hyperacidity, if I would be treating doctor of this case then I would treat this symptoms with the medicines given below, avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy food prior to bed and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, at evening time for three weeks.
