What Causes Sharp Pain In Right Breast And Hard Lump In Nipple?

My mother is experiencing a sharp pain on her right breast. She said when she touches her breast, she can feel a hard ball around her nipple. She said she feels discomfort when she lays down on her right side, it worsens the pain, also when she lifts up her right arm. She already finished her menstrual period and she is not breast feeding.

Thank you for question.As per your symptoms first and foremost you have to rule out malignancy from the breast lump.you need to consult a general surgeon immediately .wish you a good health
