What Causes Sharp Pain In Right Ear Post Exposure To A Loud Shrill?

I work at a school. Yesterday the fire alarm went off during drill... extremely loud. It made me jump and I heard a pop in my right ear. Now when I turn my head fast or lean over and site back up fast I get a sharp pain in my right ear. When I chew something hard it hurts my ear. School nurse looked at it and she said it doesn t look like my ear drum was ruptured. What should I do? What could it be?
