What Causes Sharp Pain In Right Side Of Chest While Coughing?

Hello, I ve had a dull/sharp pain when I get out of bed or cough on my right side just over and below my nipple. I m healthy, work out regularly but recently shot basketball which I hadn t done in over a year. From being athletic it would seem after 5 days the pain would subside but it hasn t. Another quick point is I did have a minor cold/cough and the cough has lasted about two weeks. Any idea what it might be? Thanks.
