What Causes Sharp Pain In Shoulder Radiating To Arm While Having Sinus Tachycardia?

Earlier this afternoon I had a sudden onset of sharp pain in my right shoulder that intensified over a matter of minutes. This pain radiated down my right arm. My heart rate seemed to slow. I only checked my heart rate because I have sinus tachycardia. At the time this occurred I was sitting on my couch. I am not over weight and do exercise.

first take ECG. what you are having is bradicardia. it may be pace problem it is not related to sinus pericardia. with all report consult cardiologist.it is to be seen if you are taking any other medication like atenelol which can cause bradicardia. exclude hypertension and diabetes
