What Causes Sharp Pain In Spinal Cord Despite Taking Mobizox And Altraday?

I have a spinal cord injury from fell down from stairs from last week . I have a severe pain in spinal cord and right side of the hip. I have pain like a shock or current which is intorabale I am taking mobizox and altraday.. What is use of these medicine and and is it correct one for my situation

it appears to be pivd. MRI to be taken and with report consult neurosurgeon.have to use hard bed and take analgesic antiinflamatory. can take tab fort win twice daily. may need surgery to remove pressure over nerve route.
