What Causes Sharp Pain In Testicle During Intercourse?

hello doctor I am an 27 year old male, 5ft 3, and 11st, I suffer from gastric reflux from a highatius hurnia and I was diagnosed with testicular microlithiasis after an ultrasound scan at the age of 15 after I found a lump, last year I had anohter scan that found 3 cysts 2 on my left testical and 1 on the right, last night around 2300 hours wilst haveing intercours with my wife, I had a sudden sharp pain in my left testical that was the worst pain I have felt my life, I could not move for 10 minutes then after that it took 3 hours for the sharp pain to subsid with the help of gas and air from the paramedic's, I am still in pain but it is a dull ake that I have had before but it has never been like this or lasted for more then a couple of hours, is this a bad sign of something more serious happening?? please could you advise me thank you
