What Causes Sharp Pain In The Breasts?

Hi doc. I ve been using petogen for not to long my last shot was in September 2016. I received an on and off period in January 2017. After that in the same month I ve recieved an 7day period which has stopped on 24 of January. And I havent got it back ever since the 24 I m also experiencing sore breasts (nipples) which has last for about more then a week or so and also needle pinchy pain in both my left and right breast. Should I be worried. Plse respond ASAP

Hello,

It could be a nonspecific pain due to hormonal changes. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
