General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
This is caused by streching of uterus and its ligaments and changes of pelvic shape. This should not worry you and may be bit painful but during the time it will disapear. Only of there is vaginal bleeding, you should see gynecologist, but pain in sacrum and buttock are not concerning sign.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
DR. Ivan Rommstein
