What Causes Sharp Pain In The Chest And Temporary Loss Of Consciousness?

I was sitting at the table. I had ate one oreo in milk and suddenly I took a sharp pain in my chest and passed out with no warning. I have passed out several times but normally I know a little bit before it happens that I am going to pass out. This time I had no warning.

many times temporary loss of consciousness compels us to under take ECG and if it is normal go for EEG .some thing sinister should be unfolded .
