What Causes Sharp Pain In The Chest?

have sharp pains in the chest, I have had a heart attack before and this is not that kind of pain. More like a muscle strain but I haven t injured myself that I know of. I turn the wrong way or especially getting out of bed I get a sharp pain almost in the center of the chest area

Hello,

If you have experienced heart attack, I believe you have Nitroglycerine with you. Take one under your tongue and monitor your blood pressure.

If no improvement, take paracetamol or ibuprofen. If still no improvement within 20 minutes, should go to ER.
