It could be due to gastritis. However, it will be better to take an ECG to rule out cardiac causes for chest pain. As of now, you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If pain persists for long, you can consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
