What Causes Sharp Pain In The Ears And Jaw?

I have had multiple ear infections recently, which led to fluid behind my ears. Both ears. I’m allergic to most antibiotics. I was given one type. Plus allergy medicine just in case that was the cause. Nothing has helped. Now I am having sharp pains in my ear and my jaw. All on the right side. And causing severe headaches. And I still feel fluid in my left ear.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I reviewed your query and here is advise.

If the fluid is present for 6 weeks, treatment may include a hearing test, a round of antibiotics or further observation.
If the fluid is present after 12 weeks, a hearing test should be performed. If there is significant hearing loss, the health care provider may consider antibiotics or placing tubes in the ears.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
