What Causes Sharp Pain In The Frenulum During Intercourse?

Hi im a 17 year old guy.
i was having sex with my girlfriend an hour or so ago when i felt a sharp pain on the joint of my foreskin to my penis. it hurt but the pain was bearable and i didn't know what it was so i carried on. after, i came out and saw that my foreskin was ripped at the joint with blood coming out. i have had sex many times before this without a problem.
i don't know what to do so please can you advise me what to do.
im hoping not circumcision as im still young and i want a so called "normal" penis?
what should i do and what are my options?

Thank you

Hi,

It can be due to short frenulum and frenulum tear. Consult an urologist and go for surgery as soon as you can.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
