What Causes Sharp Pain In The Groin When Tried To Cross The Leg?

Hi, I am unable to cross my right leg. sharp pain at the joint near the groin area. Cant move it sideways, outwards. I get the same sharp pain. It's been 2months and i don't seem to be recovering. Don't recall spraining it. I cant cross my legs too. my left leg is alrite. Just my right leg
