What Causes Sharp Pain In The Head And All Over The Body?

Hi I m 34 female I have been feeling strange my head I m having sharp and dulling sharp pains shooting throughout. Foggy and fuzzy. Now I ve been having weird pains all over. Stomach, chest. sides mostly on my left side. My nerves feel twitchy. I m 9 days late. Negative home test. I do suffer from double scoliosis and 2 bulging disks and degenerative disk and joint disease. I also had suffer a head injury with a mild concussion. . And a non reported injury that I had by shutting a truck door from the inside but was on all 4s leaning out and the door hit me in the forehead and jarred my neck where I already had a reverse curvature. I m forgetting all the time and my talking. Isn t very good. Slurring and messing up words because iwas thinking of one word and say another word. I m having spams and I m scared right now and I ve been debating on going into the er but scared. I m on Medicare and I m a single mom on disability.
