What Causes Sharp Pain In The Head While Urinating?

Hi I have a serious problem only thing is I don t how this happened but everytime I use the restroom there s this sharp pain around the head an on the bottom of my Johnson I don t see anything wrong with it everything operates normal looks normal it s just when I use the restroom that sharp pain happens

You should see your doctor and be checked out for infections both of the urethra (with a swab) and of the urine/bladder
