What Causes Sharp Pain In The Left Diaphragm?

I went on a months intensive yoga last june and have nagging and sharp pain on my left diaphragm and same place at my back left side too. I went through rehabilitation by going to chiropractor, sports massage and bio mechanics specialist. It was getting better and I tried yoga again 9 months later and the pain has returned with the same intensity.
