What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Chest?

Hi, last night I ate some questionable food for dinner and I woke up feeling fine but after about an hour all of the sudden I got a sharp pain in my lower abdomen and its a shooting pain that goes up and to my chest. Now it also hurts to have bowl movements and urinate. I was thinking it was food poisoning but I didn t think food poisoning would cause that.
