What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Back?
Why does sudden very sharp center lower back pain make me sit on floor? It happen around 12:30pm. I was slightly bent over when it happen. I ve taken pain meds and using heat pad. I m a active person, water aerobics and I walk 245 steps three times a week.

Here vertebra joint inflammation, osteoporosis, disc bulge, sclerosis etc like problem needs to be ruled out
For primary work up following investigation done .
-CBC
-x ray spine of affected part
-Serum calcium
-Serum vitamin D
According to cause specific treatment given
Until than you can be prescribed brufen and muscle relaxant for five days
