Hi welcome to the health care magic

If blood in stool present than it suggest toward colitis or dysentery like infective etiology...

If per vaginal bleeding present along with pelvic pain than PID like causes has to be ruled out...

It is better to consult physician for examination

If colitis is cause broad spectrum antibiotic like ofloxacin plus ornidazole prescribed

If needed it is better to investigate with stool examination and USG for further work up

According to cause further specific treatment given
