What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Left Ovary Area?

I have sharp pain on left overy side..had it about 1 month ago..all night it was like comes and goes..settle down day after..eversince then i can feel something there..not sure what is it..iam also haing lower back pain..part from them bothing unusuall..no bleeding or discgarge.what could be..its worring me.many thanks.Emrah

According to my view it may be because of ovarian cyst. You consult your gyncologist. If possible do sonography of ovary.
