General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Right lower abdominal pain is generally related to appendicitis. It can also be a muscle cramp. To rule out the exact reason behind it I would suggest you to get an USG abdomen done.

With the results visit your doctor. Physical examination as well as medical history is also needed to come to a conclusion. Your doctor might prescribe you some antispasmodic to reduce the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
