What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

I started having a sharp pain in lower right abdomen just inside the pelvic bone. Bowels have been regular today, I have no inflammation or fever. The pain goes away when I am seated but hurts when I stand and mostly when I stand on my right foot and walk.

please get yourself scanned as the right lower part of the abdomen is the place where appendix is and any pain around that area could be related to it
