General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The sharp pain in genitals seem to be hypersensitivity to particular stimuli with added anxiety contribution. A thorough clinical examination is a must to proceed with possible need of EMG NCV study for neuronal evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
