What Causes Sharp Pain In The Pubic Bone?
i have sharp throbbing pain at what i feel like is my pubic symphosis(?) bone. i do have spina bifida occulta and tarlovs disease..the pain is only prominent when i am laying down at night, i battle neuropathy in my feet and legs daily but this is new ,just noticing it in the last 3 weeks any thoughts

This pain in the pubic area may be caused by spina bifida. It also may worsen bladder emptying and may lead to infections often.
You may need to do a urine sample and an ultrasound.
You may need to take Ibuprofen for pain and also get further evaluated.
