Hello
You haven't mentioned your age and gender.
If you have consulted a cardiologist who has ruled out any heart related pain then most likely you are suffering from chronic gastritis/ gastric ulcer due to hyper-acidity. You may try some antacids, avoid alcohol, smoking and excessive coffee and tea. However if the pain has been there for a long time you should get an endoscopy for which you should consult a gastroenterologist. The other cause could be pain due to a lung pathology if you have chronic cough and the pain is aggravated by deep breath. In that case a Chest X-ray can help.
Wish you good luck and do get well soon.
