Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have a follow up with your primary care physician to examine for any engorged blood vessels in neck and may need carotid Doppler ultrasound as well as echocardiogram for any aneurysm.

If every thing turns out to be normal it can be globus sensation due to psychologicaly perceived discomfort and may need psychiatrist review as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
