What Causes Sharp Pain In Vagina, Burning Urination And Smelly Discharge?

Hi! I ve been away at college for a few weeks so when I came home to my boyfriend, long story short, we had a lot of sex. After the first day, I was very sore which is normal but we had Sex again a few more times throughout the next few days. After the last time (three days ago) it was hurting pretty bad and I made him stop. Since then, I have a very sharp terrible pain inside my vagina every time I pee and the sharp pain stays for at least an hour after I pee. I ve also had a LOT of discharge..smells awful but does not have a solid color, slimy and sticky/gooey like always, there is just a LOT more. No itching or anything either. Just crazy sharp awful pains from the inside after I go to the bathroom and excessive discharge. Could it be a tear in my vagina? Or some kind of infection? Will it heal itself?

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. The pain while insertion can be due to tear. A local examination by gyanecologist will be helpful to rule out this. Smelly discharge can be due to bacterial vaginosis. So I would recommend a consultation with gyanecologist and swab test to rule out this. For tear applying betadine ointment and avoiding sex for 1 week will be helpful. In case of bacterial vaginosis you may need antibiotic therapy. I would suggest vaginal suppository containing combination of clindamycin and clotrimazole in such case.
