What Causes Sharp Pain Near The Lung?

Why is it that every time I go to sleep on my back and my sides I get this sharp pain when I breathe in/nearby my right lung? It is starting to worry me since it has been going on for a week now. All I know is that I do burn wood and the smoke is thick when I inhale. My husband and I burn wood all day long, is this something I should be worried about?
