What Causes Sharp Pain On Right Hand?

im 27 yrs old, height of 5.4and my weight is 58kg. My right hand side of my sometimes feel sharp pain. I dont know if its because of the operations which was done for me. When I go to see a doctor what i get is only painkillers what might be the cause. It happens mostly when the weather is cold

please help me the pain is too much
