What Causes Sharp Pain On Shoulder Blade?

i am 14, around 5"11' . 150 lbs. i play a lot of sports.i have had a muscle spasm before thats all in my back. i have a sharp pain by my left shoulder blade on my back,it usual hurts when stretch,bend, and other things related to that. can i help the pain go away
