What Causes Sharp Pain Under Jaw?

i all the sudden for the first time ever, got a horrible pian right under my chin/jaw. there is no lump and its fine until i swallow tilt my head back or press on the spot. it came with a sharp pain that went all the way up my jaw line on both sides to each ear then shoulder pains.

WHAT IS IT?!!
