What Causes Sharp Pain Under Right Shoulder Blade And Both Thighs?

I have a significant sharp pain under my right shoulder blade as well as pains in both of my thighs. I am a male at 61yrs old and have not had any recent strengous activity. Can you tell me what may be the cause and what I can do to relieve this discomfort?
