I was getting ready to go to work, when all of a sudden a Sharp pain (like someone stabbed me ) in my back under my ribs, it took me to the ground and it was hard to breathe, went to Emergency Room. Did an EKG , x-rays and blood work with pressure under left rib. EKG reported normal sinus rhythm , possible enlargement of left atrial, left ventricular hypertrophy and t wave abnormality. Blood work showed WBC 3.9, MPV 7.0, ALT/SGPT 23,which are all considered low. Troponin levels suspicious for myocardial injury. Chest x-ray showed minor linear scarring left lung base.The doctor stated my heart is good and it is a muscle problem. I don t understand all these terms but I need an answer of what s going on, I still have continued pressure in my left rib towards the back and breathing is normal.
