Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in the chest region under rib cage which increases while lying down is ost probably musculoskeletal in origin.
Chest pain can occur due to lesions of lung, pleural pain or musculoskeletal pain.
A X-ray of chest may be done to rule out any lesion in the lung.
Pleural pain is usually sharp in nature.
Musculoskeletal pain is related to posture there is possibility of musculoskeletal pain.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of pain killer and muscle relaxant.

Thanks and take care
