What Causes Sharp Pains In My Ears, Dizziness And Itching?
Hi I have been having some slight sharp pains in my ears dizziness and itching ... I went to the doctor and she said I had fluid in my ears and my nose was clogged and then my blood work came back that I had an infection.. She put me on a Z pack and I was feeling better but now on day four of the medicine I m starting to not feel good.. Help please!

If your symptoms are worsening then it would be best to see your doctor for re assessment.
The symptoms may be related to this present illness or may be due to a new infection because the course of the z pak should have been enough to treat the ear infection.
